my little plastic Hearts...

From plastic bottles to Little hearts... with a mission...

here are the factory remnants of Sueme Echoic project 30  Bespoke jackets designed cut and made in Tottenham London, 2015

THANK YOU  for this Amazing ongoing Collaboration started in 2013:

Little Hearts are cut out of Factory Off-cuts from Polartec Recycled post consumer plastic fleece:
THEY ARE VERY USEFUL NATURAL ESSENCE DIFFUSERs to protect woolens against moths with a few drops of Lavender.. which also relaxes and soothes the mind after a long day at work...

QUESTION TO OUTDOOR CLOTHING MANUFACTURING COMPANIES:
:: how many factory off-cuts were saved from landfill over the course of recycling
1 Billion bottles since 2003,
and for textile processes lovers, this is how it is done: Process Pop Couture

Ikat, Silk and cotton...

Not so far gems

To Consider... a visit to Braintree Essex,

To discover archives of Royal 2 layer silk velvet machinery and looms
and even closer in Walthamstow, the most amazing Arts and Craft Champion William Morris, who inspired by nature' beautiful willows and Arabic tiles, inspired a whole movement of artisans to create and work in the days of the industrial development, replacing the metallic screws by wooden screws in all furniture elegantly covered with willow patterns printed in his studios...

Finally if you wish to enjoy your week-end in London, walk to the Tate Modern
to discover an amazing textile artist
